Please try to send in your request within 3 days of ordering. If requests are sent later than that, I appreciate your understanding that I'll require an even longer time (sometimes up to 2 weeks) to prepare your digital draft due to scheduling 🙏If no request is sent after purchasing, I will not be responsible for chasing you for a submission. There will be no refund of the deposit.

> After discussion, additional charges will be invoiced where applicable. Payment must made in full before I proceed with your piece.

> Digital Draft provided with 3 x FOC changes (each email counts as 1 change). Additional changes are chargeable.

> No changes are permitted once I begin crafting your piece. This applies to artistic freedom pieces as well. You are free to let me know of any elements or ideas that come to mind along the way, however, note that I may or may not be able to incorporate it once I have already began on the piece. Additional charges apply to any add-ons requested along the way.
