About Customs

> This page explains in detail how I usually go about customs, so if you're interested to know more, do read on C:

> I take a limited number of customs from time to time. Sometimes I take custom orders depending on the project requested via DMs.

> After you purchase a custom order listing, please email me at lunaliliputian@gmail.com so that we can discuss your request. My timezone is GMT +8 Singapore Time & I check my email daily (However, sometimes I need more time to formulate a reply.)

Please try to send in your request within 3 days of ordering. If requests are sent later than that, I appreciate your understanding that I'll require an even longer time (sometimes up to 2 weeks) to prepare your digital draft due to scheduling 🙏

If no request is sent after purchasing, I will not be responsible for chasing you for a submission. There will be no refund of the deposit.

> During the discussion stage, if I personally make the decision not to proceed with your order for any reason, you may modify your request or have your deposit refunded to cancel the order.

> Some orders will have a digital draft, and some will not, depending on the nature of the piece. For eg. intricate beading doesn't come with a digital draft because I prefer a direct hands-on approach when working on the piece. A draft would end up limiting the creative possibilities instead.

> If you have certain preferences, please be as specific & descriptive as possible before the first digital draft. Digital draft will be prepared in 7-10 working days (depending on order queue & workload, this might take longer). Do rmbr to check your email to confirm the draft. Up to 3 rounds of revisions can be done FOC, subsequent revisions are chargeable at $5 per draft.

> Once the design has been agreed upon, no refund is permitted. Change requests to the physical piece (if possible) are chargeable at $5-$10 per change. This applies to artistic freedom pieces as well.

> After discussion, the final price of the item will be invoiced (less the deposit) and payment has to be made in full before I proceed with your piece.

> My custom pieces cost upwards of 35USD (Excluding Shipping). Detailed painting and sculpted pieces can cost 65-150USD. The size of the piece is also a point for consideration, altho small pieces can cost just as much due to the complexity, detail and the mold shapes that I have designed exclusively for my store. The base cost for customs is 35USD regardless of design, so do take note of this if you are planning to order a tiny peach phone charm, for example!

> Purchase of one listing is for one custom piece only.

> Upon completion, photos and often also videos of the completed pieces will be shown to you. I also keep pieces for a short time after completion to observe any changes before I pack and ship them.

> Please note that customs always take a long time to prepare. It requires thoughtful planning and execution, and sometimes reworking to get it right. Only order if you are comfortable with the waiting times of two months and more

> I don't do exclusive customs. However, the pieces are unique in their own way as they are all handmade. Some pieces will be exclusive by virtue of containing names, specific characters meaningful to you etc. etc. but the general design will be open for future crafts.

> I do work on several pieces at a time, and even continue making premade pieces for sale. It does not mean I'm not working on your custom.

> I'm not comfortable with "build-your-own" style requests & prefer not to take on projects that require this. You may state your preferences, however - beads, shaker fillings, accessories & several other aspects will be selected by me to match the charm.

> Please only order from me if you enjoy my style of creations and trust my artistic freedom to create the piece for you. Although it is a custom piece with designs of your choosing, there will be elements of my style and design. Please do not ask me to recreate pieces by other artists.

> Every piece of craft is meticulously handmade by me. Do expect some degree of flaws and imperfections in handmade goods - they are not factory made or mass produced but assembled entirely by hand. Nevertheless, I always try to make them as perfect as I can.

Thank you so much for reading through all the details. I tried my best to explain the questions you might have about customs, but if I didn't address them here, feel free to DM me on Instagram to clarify!
