How do I purchase your pieces and when do you restock?

All available items are listed on my website when they are ready. I conduct both timed store updates (where collections are listed on a specific day and time), as well as random drops (where I randomly post completed items on my website).

If there are no available items, it means they are sold out. 

How do I know when a piece will be listed?

For Timed Store Updates - a countdown timer will be created in my instagram stories. Turn on the timer for the most accurate determination of when the items will drop.

For Random drops - I sometimes list pieces randomly because they don't belong to any collection or I just had the inspiration to complete that piece by itself. For such items, I usually make a post on instagram and mention it in the captions after I have listed them.

Can I order a custom piece?

While I do take custom orders, they are limited to a few slots at a time. I usually make a post on Instagram when I am ready to take customs orders. All custom orders must be purchased through my website listing, and not through dm on instagram as it is better for me to track the orders that way. If the listing on my website is sold out, it means custom slots are full.

Rush orders have extra charge, but I don't recommend it as a comfortable pace is important for working with delicately crafted projects. Even with a rush order tag, minimum of 10 days is required to allow the materials to fully settle before shipping. 

Do you do bulk orders/corporate gifts?

I don't do bulk orders of any kind as I am not equipped with the resources for mass production of my crafts.

Payment FAQ

What Payment Methods are accepted?

❋ Both Domestic and International Orders❋ 
✿ Paypal and Stripe accepts credit card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay

❋ Domestic Orders❋ 
✿ PayNow via QR code after checkout:
Store prices are in USD.
Prevailing Conversion rate will be stated on the checkout page.
Steps for Payment will be shown upon completing checkout.
❄ Payment must be made immediately after completing checkout
❄ Prepare to take a snapshot of receipt after transfer
❄ Customer is responsible for transferring the correct amount in a timely manner - if the wrong amount has been transferred, no receipt is produced & payment is not made immediately after checkout, the order will be void
